1. Our Commitment to Quality & Transparency
At Auraara Luxe, we believe that trust begins with transparency. We are committed to offering quality jewellery and providing customers with clear and responsible information about the materials and finishes used in our products.
As part of our quality-assurance process, selected jewellery samples may be independently tested by third-party laboratories to assess material composition and, where applicable, plating characteristics. Such testing is conducted on selected samples and does not mean that every individual product, design, lot, or production batch has been independently laboratory tested.
2. Independent Sample Testing – Material Composition
Selected jewellery samples supplied by Auraara Luxe were tested for its material composition.
The laboratory reports for the tested samples state that their material composition conforms to AISI 304L Stainless Steel specification.
Across the material-composition samples covered by these reports, the recorded results included:
- Chromium (Cr): approximately 18.36%–18.55%
- Nickel (Ni): approximately 8.31%–8.49%
- Carbon (C): approximately 0.021%–0.027%
These figures represent the results of the specific samples tested and should not be interpreted as guaranteed composition percentages for every Auraara Luxe product.
3. Gold-Plating Sample Testing
Selected jewellery samples were also independently tested for gold-plating thickness and gold-plating percentage.
The laboratory reports for the specific samples tested recorded gold-plating thickness ranging from 0.40 to 0.98 microns and gold-plating percentages ranging from 0.72% to 1.54%
These results relate only to the particular samples tested. Plating thickness, composition, finish, and other characteristics may vary between products, designs, suppliers, manufacturing lots, and production batches.
Where a particular product page specifies its material, plating, coating, or finish, customers should refer to the specifications stated on that individual product page.
4. Independent Laboratory Reports
The sample testing referred to above was conducted by an independent laboratory whose reports identify it as an ISO-accredited laboratory and an ISO 9001:2008 certificate company. The reports were issued to M/S Auraara Luxe, Muzaffarpur, Bihar – 842001.
The laboratory reports relate only to the specific samples submitted for testing and should not be interpreted as certification of every product sold by Auraara Luxe.
5. Auraara Care Instructions
Your Auraara Luxe jewellery deserves thoughtful care. Following these simple care practices can help preserve its finish, shine, and appearance over time:
- Avoid direct contact with chemicals: Keep jewellery away from perfumes, deodorants, hairsprays, lotions, sanitizers, cleaning agents, bleach, and other harsh chemicals. Apply beauty and personal-care products before wearing your jewellery.
- Limit unnecessary exposure to water: Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or prolonged exposure to water. Chlorinated or chemically treated water should particularly be avoided.
- Keep it clean and dry: After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, soft, dry cloth to help remove sweat, oils, moisture, and product residue.
- Store with care: Store each piece separately in a clean, dry jewellery pouch or box when not in use. Avoid storing jewellery in damp or humid conditions.
- Avoid friction and impact: Protect jewellery from excessive rubbing, scratching, bending, drops, or impact against hard surfaces, as these may affect the plating, stones, finish, or structure of the piece.
- Remove during strenuous activities: We recommend removing jewellery before exercising, sleeping, household cleaning, or other activities involving excessive sweat, friction, pressure, or chemical exposure.
Please Note
The longevity and appearance of jewellery can vary depending on frequency of wear, individual skin chemistry, exposure to moisture, sweat, cosmetics and chemicals, storage conditions, and care practices.
Normal wear and tear may occur over time. Following the Auraara Care Instructions can help maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery but does not guarantee that the product will remain unchanged indefinitely.
6. Important Testing Disclaimer
Independent laboratory test results represent the characteristics and composition of the specific samples tested under the stated testing conditions. They do not constitute a representation that every Auraara Luxe product, design, production lot, or batch has undergone identical laboratory testing or will produce identical test results.
Auraara Luxe may, from time to time, undertake independent testing of selected samples as part of its quality-assurance process. Product specifications may vary between designs or collections and will be described on the applicable product page wherever relevant.
